ok this will be a bit vague sorry (due to time contraints) what you want to do is more commonly called "chaining proxys", there are many different ways to do this and at this stage as it has been quite a while since i have chained proxys myself i suggest doing a google for software that chains proxys, i will when i get a chance check out some of the programs i used to use and see if they are still around and will post their names and links if possible here for you.
EDIT: go here http://gaamoa.deny.de/ and check out Proxyrama that is one of the Proxy Chaining programs i used to use.

To chain proxies you will need to use SSL proxies, or one socks and one http. For the first proxyrama would be a good bet, second you'd need to use sockscap to "socksify" your browser, also using a http proxy in your browser settings.
You can find more info under proxy tab and socks tab here http://edit
I am not the author of the faq but decided to host it since there are some good info there.

Too big to post here, the Darkfaq's cover several subjects intensively.
Surf Safe Basics Cleanup Basics Ramdisk Basics Digital Camera Basics Proxy Basics Digital Video Basics Browser Basics FTP Basics Registry Basics IRC Basics Swap File Basics Satellite Basics Network News Basics Network News Readers Network News Posting Network News Downloading Network News Providers Network News Remailing Ghosting Basics Scramdisk Basics Socks Basics Wingate Basics IE Setup Basics PGP Basics Web Uploading Web Downloading If it was just the proxy thing that would be ok but security online is a bit more then just that, this guide cover most issues people will come across. Or at least should learn if they truly want to protect themselves, of course there is always degrees of protection and privacy. You might argue to what extent do we need to go to ensure our privacy, that answer can only reside with the user himself, for various reasons he might want 'complete' privacy. 'Double proxy' might suggest such a scenario as a single proxy will hide you from the quick glances and allow you to pretend to be from where you need to appear from. I would however suggest it is more to true security, depending on your actions and online behaviour, at least it helps to know a little even if it is of little immidiate use, it helps the understanding of how things works
